It's High Noon. Do You Know Where Your Soon-To-Be-Former Employers Are?

Today is my last day of work at Company Y, with whom I've been employed for nearly three years. The decision to leave was necessitated by the constant media intrusion, which made leading normal lives a near impossibility. It's an amicable parting, and we hope that our privacy will be respected during this difficult time as we go our separate ways.

Well, what the heck, I figured it worked for Paul McCartney and Heather Mills.

So, the clock is ticking down my last hours with the company. While I would LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOVE to spill some of the finer details of why I'm leaving, I AM leaving on good terms and I'd like to keep it that way. However, if those of you who are "in the know" used the comments here to dish about some of the nuttier things that have happened, well, let's just say I wouldn't stop you.

P.S. Hey, if you should happen to run into my employers, would you let them know that I'm looking for them? The hourglass is running and I'd like to transition my projects over sometime before I leave.

They don't deserve "good terms" If they were my employers, I would have burned that bridge to such a fine ash it would have floated off to space by now.

Oh, please so that everyone can know. Why don't you post about how your last day at work went. Come on.... You know you want to....

Oh, you mean the fact that they NEVER SHOWED UP? Which was par for the course, but still...you'd think they would've at least collected the key.
